Tamora Rad options - where to get the aly cores??
Discussion
Hi Guys,
Very quick one. Does anyone know the supplier of the aluminium cores to the Tam rads? I've got my rad with a company that can't find such a thing and what to make a custom copper/brass rad for £350. I know the cores are about at a cost of around £100 (have been quoted £120 by another co)... I just need to point him in the right direction for supply... I dont really want to removed it from them and move it to the other rad shop (due to my free time, or lack of). My Plastic tanks are still good.
Thanks alot,
Stu

I know they aint cheap, but I would strongly reccomend fitting one of the fully welded ally rads. I've gone through more than my share of copper and plastic rads, and frankly i've never looked back since getting the ally one. Contry to what some people will tell you, the ally rads have nothing to do with increasing your cooling efficiency, but simply the fact that they will be a million times more durable.
