Ready meal adverts during cooking programs

Just catching up on Hells Kitchen USA and im surprised at the amount of ready meals being advertised in the advert breaks.

Standard advertising ploy... people will see it in the shops and subconsciously associate that food with Gordon Ramsay. Hence sales increase...

I hate it, I studied advertising for a bit. It bugs me when you see the sad family filmed in shades of grey, then get a loan then they are in technicolour, laughing in bright colours.

I can't believe people buy this st.

The one that bugs me most is for a French yogurt called 'Perle de Lait'.

The actress eats a regular yoghurt and she has a face like a smacked arse, she's wearing little or no makeup and her hair is lank and greasy.

Then she eats the advertised yoghurt and suddenly she has a sexy expression with a smile, her complexion is made up and is glowing in soft focus, and her hair is perfect.
