Depends on the meter , but they've got a 'noisy' button, which takes them over 100db static for sure. On the 'quiet' setting they should be under 98db.

I'm wondering if it'll do Thruxton. (90 dB)

Well, I did a PI at Thruxton a few years ago in one and we were called in after a few laps because it was too noisy. I think it will be borderline at best but maybe a quick call to Andrew/Pat/Bill would be the best way to find out.

Very

They pass no probs at Donny with their flaps open and it's normally 98db.

Those with Supersprint full systems are boarder line at Bedford on track




Not sure how BEdford compares with Thruxton regarding noise limits

Is the issue at Bedford not mostly on drive by? Talked about on many threads here where people pass static and fail drive by.

Never been to Thruxton for a track day, mostly because of it's reputation for noise restrictions being so tightly enforced.
