So, im heading from the city (Bournemouth) to Bridport this very Friday for an evening hosted by Gruff Rhys.

Now, camping has been mooted as a possibility for sleeping but surely being February B&Bs can be had super cheaply. The only thing is that the cheapest i can find on laterooms is about £50.

Surely there must be a bargain to be had somewhere in town. Suggestions?

^^^ Valid, but lets be clear i don't care if its not particularly clean. It will be a place for me to sleep and maybe wash in the morning after a night out on the beer. In Bournemouth, as im sure you are no doubt aware, B&B can be had for about £20 in loads of places. I see no reason for Bridport to be any different.

Bridport and surrounds is kneedeep in B&Bs and small hotels. Several big campsites too in the surrounding area (Eype/Freshwater etc.).

I stayed in a fantastic campsite in Bridport and loved it. They had won the best toilet and shower facilities in the UK for a good few years! Not sure what the site was called.

Travel Lodge & Premier will both cost £20-30 more than that. I would have thought £50 was starting point for B&B.
