Does anyone know why Dave doesn't show anything from series 1 of Top Gear?

I would very much like to see the whole episode with the original Ford Focus RS, S1E2.

I think they did, but it's up to series 15 now and there's not enough broadcasting time to go back that far again, the earliest one I recall seeing recently was series 3 the Carol Vorderman episode.

They did series 2 in January, which is good because it helps me fill in my missing episodes of my Top Gear dvd collection wink

I have yet to notice series 1 though. The trouble is, there are so many of them played, and it is very easy to miss one you are looking for.

Yes, there was another presenter instead of James May, but still, I'd like to see it..

Is that with Noel Edmonds? Think I will skip it.
Although I am surprised that the BBC have not cashed in on doing the complete series on Bluray in HD and 3D wink

No, that would be the 80's Top Gear shows. I dont care for them too much. I don't recall them being "pistonhead" shows, more like testing Sierra vs Cavalier, and shows about airbags.

I've still yet to learn how to get those torrents working.

I always used to use UTorrent on my old pc, but I have no computer of my own currently, and cant install that on my work computer.

Install it, run it then when you click on a torrent link, it will pop into UTorrent. Then it will slowly download. Remember to leave it running for a while after you have the entire thing yourself, as torrents work by sharing the files, so wait until you have uploaded at least the size that the downloaded file is.

They did: Jason Dawe (s/h car expert). IIRC as well, there was an appearance by Wheeler Dealer mech wiz Edd China who converted a Rover 800 into a faux James Bond Car complete with working ejection seat.

He was great on the Used Car Roadshow, where he got 23p off the price of a car and all the audience cheered!
