Selling part worn tyres?

Anyone know of an easy way to sell part worn tyres? I have 4 very nearly new Bridgestone winter tyres on my car that's going as P/X next week and would ideally like to reclaim some of the value from them.
Will tyre dealers swap them for 4 cheapo part worns and give me a couple of quid?
