Omega Planet Ocean gaining time - service centres in SEast?

I have noticed that the PO has been gaining time recently at a rate of about 3 minutes in two weeks. I think that this is in excess of specification and guess that the time is right for a service. Anyone out there recommend a good service centre, or does it have to be returned to an authorised Omega dealer? Watch is about 4 years old now.
