Kevins pleasure at successfully removing his shaft was short lived when Mrs K bellowed from the house "Kevin, have you seen my favourite red & black scarf, you know, the one my late mother gave me?"
Rolf on the other hand was much more relaxed, he didn't have any of his wifes clothing. The matching bra, panties, stockings and suspenders he always wore when working on his car were his own.

Just out of interest for those less mechanical amongst us the item in question is the prop or propeller shaft that drives the heater fan and is located behind the glove box in the S series . Its a slippery bugger but you really need to change it when it starts to hum
