So what happened to all the roads we already have. I'm ditching my Integra in favour of a 4x4 'cos it's the only way to get from one end of my street to the other. Forget breaking the speed limit, the only thing I'm breaking is my suspension! This isn't some farmyard - I'm talking about London! I can't move my car in the mornings because of traffic-jams most of which are caused by those massive car-parks, the M4 and the M25 around the Heathrow region and we're all paying good money to make the situation worse! Thank-you very much Mr Prescott!

Nothing has changed. Roads are falling apart and traffic still exists. Oh well.
