Found a calculator, this not being my field of expertise could anyone have a few worst case scenario guesses to fill in the blanks.

Annuity Rates can be found on the net, say 3-5%

Growth and Inflation - put in 0% and see answer in today's pounds.
Actually the calulator fails - so put in 0.001 for one.
Depending on fund you may get some real growth (ie greater than inflation), or not.
So plus or minus 20%...

If you (or your IFA) includes inflation remember future pounds will buy less.

Unless you are in some Government agency it is unlikely you will be able to take the pension before you are 55.
