First timer at Stoneleigh

Well Yellow Peril got there and back in one piece, met some great people and had a good time, hope to put in a request for better weather next time round.
I have no idea what the normal turnout is, but the leaderless bunch from this weekend will be remembered well. (at least by the security guards) an evening jeep swop resulted in two out of the three overnighting jeeps being pulled for speeding (yes speeding - after we watched all the hoods and sevens doing doughnuts all day!)
Hope Dean and Rach made it home after the roadside botch job!
Not to forget, raining so hard this am, we all drove to the main halls for a last shopping spree, parking the three jeeps on the "for sale" patch, creating a new jago stand and getting a surprising amount of attention??????
Thanks to all I met for the good company, humour and fooooooood!

Hi Dave
Good to meet you at last on the Saturday. Didn't think the turnout was too bad. Enjoyed the convoy with Jamie and Amanda as well. As we left on Saturday evening I was really wishing I'd arranged to stay. That wore off when we woke up to rain in Oxford this morning. Maybe Newark...
Cheers

Hi all, Yes it was good to meet you all, i wasnt jealous either when i saw the rain this morning, i think the sun left with us on saturday evening. Hopefully i will get to spend more time getting to know you next year, or perhaps sooner? (Newark 04 or Detling 05) Any Southern members should join the convoy Ian and i enjoyed, i wonder how many more heads would turn if there were more than two Geeps in a row!
Hi all, excellent weekend had by myself and the misses! Cheers to Dean, Rach (hope you made it home ok!!!) and Dave for the good company over the few days stayed(top bunch of ppl)!! Sunday was a scorcher and the weather got out monday about 11ish so wasnt all bad!! Glad to see a bunch of jago's and jago'ers all together! After newark last year i didnt think there would be many turn up!! Even though the site police was a little tight over us jago'ers in comparison to all the other kits thrashing around all day a great time had!! Really looking forward to Newark next month!! Hopefully some top people from the JOC can make it!!
