Fitting a new hood..

Has anyone ever fitted one themselves and how hard is it?

stecozz, there are quite a few people on here that have replaced their own hoods. There are a few guides floating around too. I and a few other people have written up on replacing the targa roof section material which is pretty straight forward. I know Ballistic Banana has written a guide for covering the rear folding section. I've asked him if he has a copy as I'm about to do mine. I can always PM you with a copy if I hear back from BB.
