Sloughing Shoulders
Discussion
im 6'1 and ive developed a bit of a slough.
my shoulders tend to come forward without me even realising and when i do try to straighten them there is a slight pain.
Anybody experienced anything similar?
I am paranoid now and want to straighten up my posture.

Is the above worthwhile trying out?
Thanks

This is quite common. You will find plenty of exercises for the rhomboids online. These are the muscles of the upper/middle back that are mostly
responsible for pulling the shoulderblades into their correct position.
NB Don't forget if you work the muscles of your back with weights you should also work your chest (Agonist/Antagonist if memory serves) muscles
so there is no imbalance.
