The condensation and moisture in the sagaris light are driving me crazy, no matter what I do it's still there! Does anyone know how to fix this. I have re sealed, taken them out and re sealed, heated them up but it always comes back. :-(

Did you seal the the light units too ? You can gain access from the wheel and the (Hella) lights are mounted to a stainless bracket which is glued to the body. Maybe the moisture is getting in through this way.

I had the same prob with the rear light clusters on my T350 a few years ago. Some clever guys at "Automedon" sorted the problem out. They removed the perspex covers and drilled a few discrete holes through the back of the light units into the boot area.(undetectable when the perspex covers are put back) This gives an escape route for any buildup of condensation. My light clusters have remained clear ever since.

Just to add, the holes should be drilled at the top of the light clusters, the warm air that causes the condensation inside the lights rises and escapes through the holes into the bootsmile

I drilled holes in the very bottom of the perspex of my rear light covers, this works too. You won't see them unless I point them out.

As posted its because moisture can get in that causes the problem. The units aren't sealed to any reasonable standard at the back and your problem could be made worse/noticeable if the wheel arch access panel is also poorly sealed allowing water spray from the wheels to penetrate, though there maybe spray from the front vents that can get there too?. My T350 used to mist up from just being parked out in the rain, Since I sorted out the garage its been dry though I've also avoided driving in the wet unless unavoidable. PS meant to add so if your an all weather user then the holes for getting the dampness out is probably the best idea as trying to permanently seal something that wasn't designed that way may be a thankless task.

Presumably drilling holes for the front lights in a T350 has the same effect?

I dont believe the light housings at the front are fully sealed in on a T350. They are only tacked in which allows lots and lots fresh air to get inside anyway.
This usually shows up in the future when one day you look through the perspex covers and say to yourself "How did those dam flies get in there"smile

I've had it on and off on my Sag for years - when the weather gets warm and it sits in the sun awhile it all goes away
