I like Nanolex Pro for something long lasting and maintenance free. If your going to be washing and polishing constantly Werkstsat system is very good.

If you mean treatment meaning the sort of thing dealerships will sell for £300+ or throw in to clinch the deal, then none.
If you mean self-application, then any wax/sealant that takes your fancy.
For long term protection (ish) then CQuartz, Nanolex, or G|Techniq will show the dealer-sold stuff what's what, but you're looking at having a detailed apply to get best results.

Thereafter maintain with a good shampoo like Bilt Hamber Auto-wash, Zaino Z-7, Dodo Juice Born To Be Mild/Supernatural.

Thanks for the info.
dealer did try to sell a "treatment" but I prefer doing my own.
This was a first-up treatment only as I will be doing regular cleans/polish/wax etc anyway.Same for the alloys - a good treatment to start and subsequent maintenance.
