Not the perfect day (weather wise) but the perfect day as it was so exciting to drive it back home: click clacking up and down the gears, pressing the right foot to unleash the unmistaken banshee sound of the 348's tubi amplified V8.

Now just waiting for a fine day tomorrow and getting back out onto the road. As the weather was so rubbish, no pictures from today will post some on sunday / monday.

Happy days

Just showing a side detail; the rain started before i was out and bout today grrr. "Brotherhood" sounds like something that Peter's father-in-law from Fanmily Guy would belong to.. But its def. special and sits well with the other cars i have enjoyed.

By the way, any suggstions as to the type of glue i can use to stick down the ferrari badge onto the front interior mats?

And another side picture. It has had a polymer finsih to it so the sheen should last a while. Loving it..

Cool looking car and I've a real soft spot for them too; have had a 1:18 of a red TB on display since I was maybe 9 or 10 years old.

Very nice sir, hope it offers many many kilometres of motoring pleasure.

I love the 348, I think it looks so complete and stunning. I know I'm going to upset a few people by saying this but I think it looks better than the 355. Love it!

Still looks great the 348. I prefer the black bottomed sills much more than the colour coded ones too.

Thank you all for kind comments on the new purchase. I'll hopefully document my times with it as I get to enjoy it. I also bought it a little friend - a mini cooper s which is a good balance for the 348 ownership. Now work work work to keep myself in Ferrari vouchers and "wife offsetting" coupons.

Welcome to the dark side Woolfie, we should do another GT2 Lake District trip now we've both got prancing horses. Did you see Steve's bought a GT3RS to go next to his GT2 in the garage?
