Bridgestone S-02 poleposition tyre help needed

Help! I'm in the process of importing a kit car to the US but need some info to get it through customs. I included an older (but unused) set of Bridgestone S-02 tyres in the shipment but in order to get the entire shipment through US customs, I need to certify that they are DOT compliant and as part of the paperwork, provide the actual name and address of not only the manufacturer, but the manufacturing location. Can anyone help? or at least if anyone had a set of these tyres that were bought in the UK (regardless of age), let me know all the manufacturer markings so I could try and trace it with Bridgestone?

Update - all I need is the DOT code from an older set of S-02's that were purchased in the UK. I found how to trace the code back to the manufacturing site.
