Anyone selling a sub?

Bit of a random question but PH normally delivers

I've just bought a new A/V amp from my brother, it's a Marantz SR5300

It's to replace my all in one Pioneer DVD/Surround system

So I was going to use the existing speakers and sub for now until I can afford some new ones, but the new amp seems to require a powered sub, mine is passive and connects to speaker outputs, the amp seems to require a single RCA connection

So anyone on here upgraded and still got an old sub they want to flog?

I've got a DLS Sub3.10 in cherry which is a £525 sub and sounds awesome - probably want £250 ish for it.

I've got a 5.1 set on eBay at the moment. It's made by yamaha and has a powered sub. It's the set that came with my amp a few years back.

I'm not allowed to post a link, but search for my username (same as my PH login) and you'll find it or drop me a PM. Should be happy to see it out the door for about £70.

I've got 2x M&K v-125, one is thx.

I replaced them a year or so ago with a Linn AV-5150 (effectively both in one unit ), and they've been sat inside since.

Looking for £200 each.

I'm looking to spend about £50 ideally as I wan't to replace the whole lot with better speakers later in the year

Have found a couple of Eltax ones on Ebay and a full Yamaha 5.1 system with Sub on Gumtree so will prob grab one of those, cheers though

Sonic, just doing a bit of research, I know these subs but they're quite old now, just evaluating options. I'm also debating on scrubbing the sub and putting some monster fronts in instead and taking it from there

If only that were the issue, I live a LOT, which is why I never have any money to spend on A/V equipment

IF I don't find anything in the next couple of weeks and you still have them I may PM you, I will need to find out what they are first, would I need both?
