Seems the same night Clarkson was trying to beat God from lands End, I was driving my mates from Surrey to John O'Groats to start their charrrridy bike ride.

Is it still true that when you want a soft drink you can only get Vimto when past Nottingham, Tizer when past Newcastle and Irn Bru when past the edge of the world ( Berwick Upon Tweed) ?

Did sort of regret drunkenly offering once I had looked at the distance involved!
