Vehicle tracker units

Can anyone inform me of what the rules are for employers using tracker units? The immediate boss above myself has recently been given permission to to use use the tracker on his computer at work and it seems he is constantly tracking me. This isnt out of concern for my safety it is just to be nosey, I think he may be obsessed with me! Also he has been taking the micky out of me for being a diligent driver and generally sticking to the speed limit.

It's the company's vehicle, so I imagine they can monitor it in anyway they see fit. If you have an issue with your boss, it might be worth contacting HR - particularly if you feel there's some inappropriate behaviour.
