I can't believe you nicked my question!

Anyway, original question was inspired by the weekend rumors about the sale of TVR, then onto "what if the opposite happened, and TVR just collapsed? what alternative car would you want that gives you the wow factor and the thrill and involving drive? (and ignoring the fact that you'd probably get about 35p for your car if that happened )

My choice would have to be a 993 - seems a popular choice

Invicta S1 was my choice (on look and spec alone) but its such an unknown at this stage I had to bow to the 993.
