2006 Legacy - error code 1U

The battery on my Legacy fully discharged over the weekend following some help from deft little fingers that leave little lights on.
Following a straight forward jump start I now get the ER 1U on the trip meter. Everything in the car seems fine but the message keeps appearing shortly after I push the trip meter button.
Is there a straight forward way to reset this, either through pushing random buttons or OBD2?
