The car is now in the garage ready for work bounce

1) What are the best screws and size,

2) A few have up graded the head lights to Xeon, (spelling) or such the like, where is the best place to get these.

Hi Paul, best place for headlamp kits is HIDs 4U. They're not the cheapest but the quality is very good.

When doing the tunnel cooling, plastic caps off of spray paint cans are a perfect for for sealing off the open ends to the airbox wink just stops hot air from being pulled in from behind the radiator, you don't have to seal them.
