Tdci Tuning Problem

Hi all,

I recently purchased a secondhand DTUK CRD2 tuning box for my 02 Fiesta 1.4 Tdci.

I have connected it all up to the common-rail sensor (not easy!) and 12v power supply from the battery. However every time I start the car with the box connected I am getting an 'EAC Fail' (electronic throttle) warning on the dash and the car is going into limp home mode. Everything is fine when box is disconnected. Has anyone who has used a tuning box ever had a similar problem and knows of a fix?

Try swapping the connectors round - sounds like you might have the in connected to the out?
