4.2 Emissions group?

Hi all, what tax emissions group is a post 2001 4.2 Cerb? Assuming its the highest?

It isnt taxed on the basis of emissions.

Really? is that because of the type approval?
Or does it fall under group K?
(from the DVLA website)

• Band K includes cars that have a CO2 figure over 225g/km but were registered before 23 March 2006 £245.00 per year

There were a couple of comments on here that suggested 370 - 390 Gm/Km
