Simon what is the restriction in the standard set up? Also where did you get the brackets and rubbers for the pump? they look good i noticed them on funkys car but forgot to ask.

there isnt a restriction on the std fuel tank... its just has no baffles at all and 5litres of fuel is impossible to use....

In fact the tank is so bad Noble actually released a letter to owners saying that their cars would not be covered by warranty if car was run on track with less than 1/3rd full fuel.

What simon does is take the pickup from a much more effective place and effectivelly makes the bottom part of the tank into a sump.

I have a slightly modified spare fuel tank if you want to do a straight swop or something, its not as effective as Simons mod but reduces the dodgy fuel lines by 1meter.
I've had an entire new tank made with swirl pot and lifter pumps etc etc hence my old modded one is spare smile

cheers simon, i think from memory that may be the mod i have read about, because its is the small plumbing that makes the pump buzz as its working so hard to push fuel.

I just bought the motorsport version of these holders, the rubber comes with the craddle... the link below is to the same one but £4 more cash, do a better search and you will find a better price lol

Using this means you only need 1 rather than 2... although I am using 2 044's so need 2 anyhow ha

I increased the return to my tank to the same size as Tuxman (he did it as a -6 return I just drilled mine out) as it was a return restriction that can ake them buzz.
