St Lucia - What to do?

Can anyone offer some advice on St Lucia? We're looking at a 10 day break and have found a good all inclusive in the South in Vieux Fort. From what I've found so far the main tourist part of the island is the West coast so is there anything to see in the South? Also, what's the Island like for driving around? We're doing all inclusive as we want relaxation (I know it's not everyones cup of tea but it's what we want) but if we're doing 10 days then it would be good to hire a car and do a bit of exploring. Lastly, are there any must see's or must do's.
