Evening All!

Hope you dont mind - posted this in the roads section, but thought I'd try the local resource direct...

Am up to Dunkeld in a couple of days for a long weekend...anyone know of some good roads in that neck of the woods that would do for a nice Sunday morning blat...??

Atlas shows a couple of likely runs, but I'd obviously defer to local knowledge..

The Dunkeld Diamond (Dunkeld A923 > Blairgowrie > A924 > Pitlochry > A9 > Dunkeld) looks fast and flowy...

And the run from Dunkeld out to Tummel Bridge via A822 > Cablea > A826 > Aberfeldy > B846 > Tummel Bridge, then back along Loch Tummel to Pitlochry > A9 > Dunkeld, looks like a good mix..

Anything you guys could recommend?

And, what's the fuzz like in that neck of the woods?

The car is a Clio 200 Cup, so it can be fast and flowing or nuggety and hump backed - car laps up either...

Cheers,

BF

Those routes look good, except the A9 bits.

It's a good bit further but it would be a shame to miss the A93 over Glenshee to Braemar...

I was down that way at the beginning of Feb, and although they look nice and windy the surface is very very poor and badly potholed, especially Blairgowrie - Dunkeld.

I wouldnt take anything nice over them, but just imo.
