taking a photo of the outside of a coffee shop
Discussion
I'm (amongst other things) a director of a community focussed coffee shop in my local town, and we need to look at getting some decent photography done. Internal isn't the issue, but externally, what considerations do we need to take into account?
If a shot was taken on a busy day, with a long exposure, so the people moving outside were blurred, is permission needed?

No, even if unblurred you still don't need permission. If a shot was taken on a busy day, with a long exposure, so the people moving outside were blurred, is permission needed?
