I have had my T350c for just over 3.5 years now and I have to honestly say it has been the best car I have ever owned. I have used the car a lot which proves how much I love it (and driving it of course) taking the mileage from 24k when purchased to now just over 44k. I used the T350 as my everyday car for over 12 months but then bought a daily run-around in order to save the car from the short run-around town journeys but I try to make sure I am out in the TVR every weekend (on condition of no snow/salt). I have also toured round Europe a few times which was simply fantastic. In that time the car has had anything it has ever needed and been meticulously looked after by the true gents at TrackVroad in Clitheroe.
My dilemma now is that I have just bought a new house which needs a lot of work and £££ money spending on it. As such I simply cannot justify the expense of having to run 2 cars, plus I think I am now sick of driving the daily run-around whilst the T350 is in the garage not being used. I have seriously considered selling both cars and consolidating into 1 other for the next 18 months (like an Audi S5, Z4MC, or Cayman S) but can't really find anything that inspires me at all - or compares with the T350 at all, on a number of fronts. If I go down this route I will definitely add another TVR to the fleet when reasonably possible.
My other option is to keep the T350 and go back to using it as an everyday car (I don't commute as I work from home) but my main concern is that the car has now nearly done 45k miles which in TVR land seems to be classed as going to the moon and back. I genuinely think the cars are better the more they are used but quite quickly I will end up approaching 55k miles and then 65k miles etc... and possibly limiting the cars appeal with another 7-8k miles/yr should I want to sell it in the future. Mechanically I know the car is sound and the hype about all cars needing rebuilds after 30k miles is total rubbish IMO but will I be shooting myself in the foot as I can't guarantee the car will 100% be in my possession for the future.
Any wise words of wisdom from you guys?

If you plan to buy another TVR then I strongly suggest not selling yours. You will have problems finding another as good in 18 months time and you will whimper wveryntime you see a TVR on the road. There is nothing wrong with a Cayman or Z4M of course, but they are not the same. Can't you just borrow a few k for the house work? How valuable is you daily snotter? Sell it and buy a sherry Volvo estate for the duration of the renovations?
If I was you I would sell it and buy another when you can, There's plenty to choose from and more will come onto the market as the price of petrol keeps going up! which it will for the next year at least. (good news for me) Your house will take up most of your time anyway so no need for the expensive accessary. get an estate so you can carry most stuff you need and the inevitable trips to the tip.
I'd say if you love and know it's a good one then don't bother selling it. You are right that at 65k you will have a limited buying market, but do you really want to get rid of it? Getting rid now only to look for another in 2 years is a risk as then one you buy could be good or could be a dog.

I was in the same situation and it was a helpful relief to have the money. I then sorted my house and went out in a moment of madness and bought a dancing donkey which I sold within 6 months! I'm now looking to buy another house but I cannot shake the T350 off so have found myself looking at them again. My quandary is do I listen to my head and get a 911 which can be used all year round on road or track or do I listen to my heart and get a T350? All I know is I regret selling both my previous T350's! 

Know just how you feel, currently doing a rear,loft and side extension which is akin to burning £50 notes on an hourly basis whilst dropping an LS3 in my Griff along with a full body restoration
also run a 4.8is X5 as a daily runner and trailer puller which is drinking fuel as fast as the tiv round oulton, so something needs to give but i'm sure its not going to be the TVR i'd rather be driving around in a van regardless of what her indoors thinks about taking it down to the supermarket
