Dash gone off, fog light stuck on?????

Hi all,
Was wondering if someone could help me please.
Since it's now March and the weather is getting slightly better I thought I'd take my T350 out for the first time this year!
So I excitedly got the keys from my house, opened the garage and there she was. With a masive smile on my face I then sat in her, turned the key and she fired up straight away. Perfect! Only to find that the dash had stopped working.
I then took the car out of the garage to allow a little more light for me to have a good look. I then seen that the fog light was stuck on no matter which way I turned the switch???
Has anyone had a fault like this before?
Any advice would be much appreciated until I take her along to my main TVR dealer.
