Jackie Stewart Thread

I think it is really odd that the mods decided to close down the threads in the "General Motorsport" and "News" forums on the Jackie Stewart incident - but left the thread open in "General Gassing".

As the topic falls into "News" and/or "Motorsport", either of those two forums are, to me, much more appropriate than "General Gassing" - which is for matters related to motoring in general I thought.

Perhaps.

But I don't look in General Gassing for news items or mototsposrt items as a general rule.
I don't even have it as a "Favourite".

I'd guess the timings were the reason for the decision, but as it had now slipped off the first page of GG I have moved it over to NP&E to stop it getting lost.
