I've forgotten to put one on this morning.

So tell me... What do you have your eye on at the moment? I feel like an impulse purchase...

Sounds like a cheap Seiko 5 time to me! Get yourself on the '£50' thread and have a browse. smile

I've got my eye on a lovely Seiko Marinemaster on TZ, not exactly an 'impulse' buy though

I'm more concerned as to how anyone could forget to put a watch on in the morning biggrin

It's part of my morning ritual, picking a watch and then 'tossing off the air' to get it running hehe

Just wear it on your right wrist and kill two birds with one stone...

It's the '5 I forgot! It was downstairs after taking it off to do the washing up. yuck

In the end the day was too busy for me to actually buy anything. Spent some time looking at this though:

Does the 'compass' actually go around like a proper one? And if so, doesn't the magnetism affect the mechanism?

Hold watch flat.
Turn watch around until the hour hand points at the sun.
Position the South marker on the bezel half way between the hour hand and the 12 O'clock position.

Now your compass should be orientated correctly, though why you need this facility on a divers watch, I don't know hehe
