Saw my first mclaren mp4-12c
Discussion
Francis,
There are a number around our area as I think Ricardo has something to do with the developement of certain areas of the car. I've seen a dark grey one, silver one and a stunning blue metallic car. The silver one was filling up at Sainsburys and was on winter tyres. The snow was still on the ground and for some reason the driver had a huge smile on his face. Lucky git!
They're a great looking car and have huge presence. I suspect that the naysayers are mainly those who haven't seen one in the metal/carbon etc.

I saw a black one driving down Chobham High Street (this is just a few miles from the factory) on Wednesday. Looked just perfect to me - more low key than a Ferrari and not stupidly big either. When I'm able to afford a used one of these (7 or 8 years' time?) I'll use it nearly every day.

That's exactly where I saw this one about a week or two ago, Chobham High Street
