Milage reading?

Aby ideas why I can't find the milage on my LCD, been through every screen and option, seen picture on here where it should be but mine just reads 0000. I'm on a 5000 mile insurance policy but can't get a figure to give them.

It should be between the water & fuel gauges as pictured. I did not think it was an option not to display it? on my car this is the only screen where the milage is shown. Dash ECU fault maybe?
