My engine is in and they are just about to run new coolant pipes down the the tunnel.

What's the easiest way to do this. No point taking the main floor is there as it's not long been

Ok if you definately don't want to do that, then i pioneered a method using a long bendy kebab scewer and some duck tape smile
I did my pipes in a friends Ferrari garage, they were taking the piss seeing me walk around with a kebab skewer as a tool for fixing the Noble.

The main thing is getting the pipes fed over the horizontal chassis bars, it can be a bit of a pain with the floor pan on, you best hope is for Jetstream to come along and tell you the proper method, knowing Noble it probably involves some sort of contortion. Matt is about 6'5" but i think he is one of those people who can fit into a 2' square box smile

If the old coolant pipes are still in-situ, just attach the new ones to them and pull through. Simples.
If they're not still there, it maybe a kebab-stick job.

In the US cars, we have hard pipes running the length of the tunnel for coolant to/from the radiator, two hoses for the heater, and another hose for the air bleed on the radiator. The hard pipes are only removable if either the engine is out, or the radiator is removed. The hoses shouldn't be difficult - the tough part is reaching/cutting the zip ties holding the hoses in place. But, it should be reachable through the two vent panels on the bottom of the car. After cutting all the zip ties, I'd try attaching the new hose to the old hose, and using the old hose to pull through the new one...

I did this last weekend with te floor in place... My hands hurt for days.

Main hoses are alloy down tunnel so just attach the 90 s on the end.... The little one from front of rad I drilled a little hole, tie wrapped the old to te new and then taped together and pulled it through.

The worst ones by far are the heater hoses as these have to be attaché within the front floor hatch... Worst job on the car I have done so far IMO and I've done about to te car lol

Good luck

Have you all replaced the alloy hoses then? only replaced the silicin ones that had started to crack?
I noticed the inside of my alloy ones had oxidization, does this mean they need changing?
