M3 Jnct 3/4 Fatal accident 27th Feb 08:20 - Witnesses wanted

Hello guys,
bit of a longshot I know,
a really good chap who used to look after my Citroen for me was involved in a fatal collision last Sunday,
It appears three cars were involved, and the Red RX8 did not deem it necessary to stop.
Super longshot I guess, but if anyone was in the area, and saw either car, and have any information, would appreciate if they could call Surrey Police on 0845 125 2222 quoting reference number p11058311.
"Police want to trace the driver of a car involved in an accident in which a man in his 60s died when his vehicle caught fire on the M3 in Surrey.
The driver of the red Mazda RX8 left the scene of the accident, between junction three at Lightwater and junction four at Frimley, on Sunday.
The man who died was driving a yellow Citroen, which left the carriageway and crashed into an embankment.
He died at the scene of the crash, which happened at 0820 GMT.
Surrey Police said a third car, a grey BMW, was also involved.
The M3 southbound carriageway near Camberley was closed for several hours while an investigation into the collision was carried out."
AND:
"Police were called to the scene between junctions 3 and 4 at about 0820 GMT following the collision involving a red Mazda sports car, a grey BMW and Mr Bernard's Citroen.
The M3 southbound carriageway was closed for a number of hours on Sunday while an investigation into the collision was carried out.
Surrey Police are still appealing for witnesses who may have seen the red Mazda RX8, which left the scene of the collision. "
