Porsche production stats

Hi there pork obsessed PHers,

A quick question if you please. Does anyone know where I can view past production info. for Porsches. I'm about to buy a '98 993tt and, as this was the year that the 996s started, I was curious about how many 993tts were produced in '98. Don't seem to be many about on the market in any case.

Probably deluding myself that this fact would have any real influence on likely depreciation profiles but there you go!

As far as I know Porsche dont release figures like that (unfotunantly). Something to do with them not wanting to add value to certian cars (ie "this car is the last one made, and is worth more...")
