I use UK Forex for my currency trades. They are part of McQuarry Bank, so financially sound.

I sent myself some with my HSBC account, came through at the actual rate.

Unless it's urgent I really wouldn't do it now as the rate is at least 10% worse for you than 'normal' levels. Leave it until summer and I'm guessing you'll be getting 10 NOK for your pound by then.
