Just more out of interest, as anyone got/tried a PWR Charge cooler (or any other CC) on there Noble? I’m guessing the answer is a yes.http://www.chargecooler.co.uk/

I have one fitted to my mid engine Renault 5 Turbo 2 and really cannot fault it, 21PSI of boost and never no more then 32c on the SPA charge temp gauge doesn’t matter how warm the outside temps are. Full of cold at the mo:-( so just a bit bored & thinking that surly they will be more efficient then the standard intercooler if not the uprated one?

Steve (A Noble owner as well:-) )

a few have got them fitted

what did you pay for the chargecooler ?

the problem with a chargecooler is once it is heatsoaked it takes ages to cool down again

a intercooler cools a lot quicker

I know one of us has one fitted and I'll be fitting mine soon as I have all the bits, just need to mod the new rad and my garage are running the coolant pipes along with the rebuild.

yes i have a charge cooler fitteed to my 3r.ive done extensive testing on it as well.
gadge im sorry to say that the old style charge coolers did suffer from heat soak but in all the testing ive done and its been extensive, ask those who keep asking me "what are those wires for?". ive never once had an issue.and yes it works.................................very well.
