Just to make sure...

I've vacummed filled the system

I've then taken the "dummy" cap of the LH expansion tank

I've warmed it up and then put the "dummy" cap on when there are only a few bubbles coming out and it's starting to spill over

Top up the RH tank to about 3/4 when it start spilling out I put the cap on

Temp got to about 95°C

Fans runing and the rad is warm all the way across.

Did I missing anything?

honestly I just filled mine up let the engine run for a short while and then refilled to half of the tank, do not have a heater connected so that could make a difference but in my setup absolutely a no brainer.

The left tank with the plain cap (swirl pot) should be full to overflow then the cap replaced.
The right tank should have somewhere between nothing and one third full when cold. It will likely be almost full when hot.
The system should bleed itself.

Your system may be overflowing simply because you had too much in there.
