Took the t350 out for a drive today and whilst heading back, the throttle jammed on at about 3.5-4k revs. A decent prod on the loud pedal caused it to unstick, but 5-10 mins later I experiencd the same problem again.

Anyone else had this or know what the issue is?

Most likely to be a slight fray in the throttle cable which sticks occasionally, generally at the pedal end as the cable doesn't run quite straight so often wears against the end of the outer cable, especially if not well greased. Replacement cable needed.

Urgent to sort out, as I'm sure you know!

Wise to carry spare throttle cable anyway really!

Mine done this a few months ago, as said before check the throttle cable, i had a good look at mine but it seemed ok but gave it a really good grease. Out for a while yesterday with no problem smile got a spare with me just incase.

Had something similar on the Sagaris, got the dealer to check it out and they found nothing wrong - so they just greased it.

I had this recently, stuck at 3k rpm on the motorway. Feared the worst but when I checked in the engine bay the return spring on the throttle linkage was a bit grimy.

Squirt of WD40 and no problem since.

WD40 seems to have done the trick, two weekends of trouble free throttle use. thanks.
