TVR insurance

I have been spending most of my time in Germany and have insured my TVRs with a permanent green card option.
The car was and would still be registered with UK plates at my UK address.
My last insurer Norwich Union has become much muchmore expensive.
Has anyone experince/contact numbers for insuring a TVR in Germany with permenent green card cover?

The only one I could find that would do it was Cheam Insurance [phone] - It is actually a Norwich Union Policy, but only one you can get with them, not NU direct....
