Condensation on new double glazing
Discussion
Double glazing won't stop condensation - it is likely that the room-side panes will be warmer than on a single glazed window so the moisture in the air will condense onto something cooler, such as the walls, instead. And you really don't want moisture working into the plaster.
Ventilation kills condensation, by sweeping the moisture laden air out of the room.
