Oh wise forum - Help me choose

I want to buy a vehicle that will carry a surfboard and/or two mountainbikes BUT i want it to be a convertable.

Does such a vehicle even exist?

Better to find the car you want and then start looking at the options for carrying.

Bike racks are easy: Get a tow-bar mounted one.

Surfboards may be harder, but I saw a motorbike in Cornwall once with a longboard mounted down the side, so it must be possible on anything with a bit of ingenuity!

I can be of no help to the OP however that Subaru is hideous. Why do that i wonder? I can only assume that the drugs they were taking the night before didnt clear out of their system before they got to work the next day!!

I had three foam longboards in an X1/9 once, but that was only a short journey.

Depending on how good a surfer you are, there's always the option of an Uli board. Not high performance, but OK for the casual surfer.
