. Mine is going for a full 12k service, like it will every year, and some reconditioning of the diff on Friday. The weather seems to be on the turn for the better which has spurred me on.
Took my daughter's TVR out last week for a quick spin and found out that her car doesn't like black ice..... Was still on the pavement after doing some 360s so no harm done that she will notice and if it "handles funny or something sounds different" as she normally explains faults with her car, it is up to Dad to work on the car or Dad to take it to the mechanic and pay to fix. I just hope that whoever she ends up with has a good paying job and understands blonde.

Er, I'll fix the darn car myself then... 
Worst case scenario I'll enlist the help of my engine builder associate and his outfit to bail me out. 
<edit to second the 'pics please' motion - depending on these it could, of course, be a case of 'more trouble than it's worth

Eric: I posted pics of her and her car when she won 1st place out of 12 cars in her class at the local all British car show and at that point I realized that I'm not the only one on PH who has their mind in the gutter.
