indicators just stopped working

had a nice long drive, everything running sweet, I stopped for half hour got back in the car and the indicators dont work. The hazzards work fine but not the indicators. I checked the little black box was plugged in fine in the boot....any ideas

Happened to mine a couple times. Turned off the car and back on again and they worked! If everything else bar those work fine, then i would have thought it could be the hand control connection itself? I think also the flasher relay may be different than the hazord relay, as im not sure. if that is so and someone will point out soon than thats the bad boy right there...

The indicators and hazzards do work off the same relay as i found out recently with lots of electrical problems!
