French bird in our office....with a french car.

Car still has French plates etc and no UK tax disc. Is that legal?

As above it's 6 months max. It may have to go through SVA, it will have to go through an MOT and there will probably also be a VAT form to fill in (although shouldn't be anything to pay as long as it's more than 6 months old and has more than 6000km on the clock). Direct.gov.uk is your friend.
