Can't find Ph'er/colleague.

Work friend of mine signed up on the 30 november last year, problem is when I search for his username (Murray25) Its saying he doesn't exist yet he's shown me his profile, He can't work out why it isn't showing and he received the welcome email and verification link which he opened.

Any Ideas whats happening?.

His email address was not verified, so he wasn't showing up in the directory.
