Bathroom refit prices?
Discussion
We have 2 bathrooms that need completely re- fitting. I have had a couple of quotes and have been surprised at the cost. So what do we think is reasonable to charge to fit the family bathroom with pedestlal sink, bath, close coupled concealed toilet, underfloor electric heating and thermostat. The other bathroom is the same with the addition of a shower tray and door.

Sounds similar to mine - I had a quote of £3500 including tiling. Sorry should have said just to refit the toilets etc tiling already taken care of. The refit is just replacing everything in their current locations. We already have power shower pump and all other electrics installed. Bathrooms are both approx 6 x 9 feet. The quotes are to fit only as above are in the region of £2500 per bathroom.

Blimey. Those prices do seem high but can't really comment without seeing the job. If it's a case of just restoring a new suite that would take about a day and with the electric floor about another day. So allowing for a few problems a competent plumber / spark would see both done in a week so say around 2 k for both.
